Through integrative energy work, Reiki, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and Ayurvedic herbal support, We help clients restore balance, release stored tension and emotions. Reconnecting + rebuilding the foundation of health, re-grounding the body to be rooted in nature connecting to their natural vitality and ability to be able heal themselves. At Ellie Reid we offer a deeply integrative approach to beauty and healing, rooted in years of advanced training with Ayurvedic doctors, Clarissa has extensive training with Dr Vasant Lad of The Ayurvedic Institute, Dr Naina Marballi of  Ayurveda World and Katie Silcox of The Shakti School  

Clarissa has trained with many holistic wellness mentors including Niki Marrè for Reiki Master teacher and John Beaulieu for sound healing. 

Combining the wisdom of ancient healing systems with modern therapeutic practices, Clarissa took her practices even deeper with hypnotherapy training with Carol Deniker and breath work with SOMA breath. 

Clarissa‘s training in beauty and wellness was taken to a much deeper knowledge with Osteopathic facial Esthetics at the Long college of Osteopathy,  Sculptural face lifting with Yakov Gershovich and Aya’s touch master class with Aya Abramov and Jane Mann for fascia facial contouring
