If you need to cancel your appointment please give us a call or txt at 516 880 3427

at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand and giving us notice will allow us to give the time to another client.

We aim to provide the best quality of service to each client, please respect other client's time + try to make your appointment time. If you are delayed your time slot will still remain the allocated time + will be shortened. We cannot move your appointment out as the day is booked with other clients.

Refunds are not issued If an appointment is not cancelled, a no-show or rescheduled within the 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
